
The attacks have patterns
By observing the patterns of your harassment, you can come closer to developing a set of responses, mental counter punches that will assist you in either fighting, managing, or exhausting an opponent attempting to use speech to skull technologies to abuse you. Learn to defend against their most common attacks and your life might get a lot easier. Understand your enemy.

Common Harassment Techniques:
I’ve listed the various harassment techniques experience by people suffering from electronic harasment and grouped them by type.
Physical Sensations:
- Pins and needles sensation
- Blurry eyesight
- Headaches
- Perspiration
- Insomnia
- itching
- arthritis
- Sleep deprivation
- teeth snapping together
- hand tremors
Mental Symptoms
- dream manipulation
- altered emotions as they manipulate you through shame, anger, fear, and joy
- Asking for small favors or giving helpful advice to train you to become compliant
- Pretending to be your neighbors or people near by (can you suddenly “hear” people thorugh walls?)
- Special tip: when you overhear neighbors or hear side conversations observe that they all tend to be a bit “fuzzy” and also how there are very few high or low tones. Like a telephone. Also, why can’t you overhear your neighbors talking about something other than you?
Manipulations
- The voices will ask for small favors or giving helpful advice to train you to become compliant
- The voices will pretend to be your neighbors or people near by (can you suddenly “hear” people thorugh walls or hear people talking really far away?). The voices can pretend to come from any direction they want.
- Do you think you’re hearing someone’s thoughts because they’re specifically talking about you? Yeah, sorry. You’re probably not telepathic, it’s more likely just a jerk targeting you with a pulsed microwave psy op weapon.
- Enraging to engage: often the voices will say things to piss you off to get you to stop chanting mantras or to break calm.
- The voices will often claim credit for loud noises or scary sounds in your house. Note they always take credit after the fact. The voices never predict the a scary noise will happen.
- The voices will make threats right before bed to spike your adrenaline and make it hard to sleep
- The voices will use your first name to get your attention
- The voices will sometimes “love bomb” you with compliments to make them more likeable to you. Even genuine sounding compliments designed to get you to listen to their thoughts and care what they think. They don’t like you, that’s why they’re torturing you. The compliments are just to get you to be more compliant and easier to torture.
- The voices will actually give good advice from time to time but it’s only to gain your trust and get you used to obeying them.
- The voices pretend to have side conversations that I supposedly “overhear” but are actually curated conversations designed to make me think what they want me to think.
- The voices insert themselves into conversations you’re having with people right in front of you as they “backseat drive”.
- The voices make up creative fantasy scenarios that appeal to my personality type that I want to believe but are too good to be true.
Use of repeated refrains:
- “He needs to learn…” some dark foreboding threat that I’m supposed to be afraid of .
- “Does he really think…” This statement is designed to make me question my own thought process. These are mind invaders, and they already know what you think. This statement is performance and gaslighting.
- “If he thinks that he can…” Another statement to make you doubt your own abilities. Gaslighting is about making you question yourself and doubt yourself
- “Jesus Christ, [your name]. Uh oh! The people invading your brain are “mad” now. They use this statement a lot to make them sound impatient and like you should care about it.
